A partir de las 12PM EN PUNTO con una cata de 3 Cafés Venezolanos en modalidad estándar. Estaré guiando a todos a través del proceso, por lo que los principiantes son más que bienvenidos. Discutiremos las notas de sabor y el impacto que tiene el estilo de procesamiento en estos sabores.

A continuación, seguirá una degustación a ciegas de cacao fino de Venezuela para comparar y contrastar las diferencias entre el café regional y el delicioso chocolate.

¡Finalmente, haremos un taller rápido con pour-overs V60 para que puedas preparar tu propio café venezolano en casa!

Starting at 12PM SHARP with a coffee cupping of 3 Venezuelan Coffees in standard fashion. I will be walking everyone through the process, so beginners are more than welcome. We will discuss the flavour notes and impact processing style has on these tastes.

Next, followed by a blind tasting of fine cacao from Venezuela to compare and contrast the differences between regional coffee and delicious chocolate.

Finally, we will do a quick workshop with V60 pour-overs so you can make your own Venezuelan coffee at home!
